Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Lakeshore, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a water / sewer project.

This project includes two parts, specifically A.) The Pumping Station Replacement and B.) the Pedestrian Crossing. Part A - This Project involves the construct a new by pass pump station servicing the region east of First Street. The new Construction will include the abandonment/removal of the existing pumping station, construction of a new pumping station and the supply and commissioning of new duplex pump system with controls. Part B- The work is located on First Street in the Belle River. The work area is within the VIA Rail right-of-way and northerly to Lakeview Drive intersection and roughly 25m southerly from VIA tracks. The work shall consist of the excavation and supply and installation of granular base and asphalt sidewalk across the railway tracks, northerly to Lakeview Drive & roughly 25m southerly from VIA Rail tracks. Install new pavement stop bars, pedestrian cross walks, removing existing asphalt path surfaces. Local VIA personnel will use the same Contractor to perform work between the rails and 18" outside the rails.
