The work under this contract shall consist of all work associated with the development of the trail which includes clearing & grubbing, rail and railroad tie removal, grading, bridge renovation, base aggregate, concrete sidewalk and curb and gutter, storm sewer, culverts, asphaltic surface, signing & marking, landscaping, erosion control, and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and included in the proposal and contract Waukesha County complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
