Renovation of a mixed-use development in Clarion, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium; and educational facility.
The 3 projects listed are separate projects and require separate bidding Project 2021-5 Bids are for the Supply and Installation of aluminum seats, walking planks and kick boards for the High School Football Stadium Bleachers located at the Clarion Area Jr/Sr High School The work shall be completed in accordance with the Specifications. Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, Security in the amount of 10% of the bid in accordance with the Instructions to the Bidders. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds for 100% of the contract and Maintenance Bond for 10% of the contract sum.
