Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Clarion, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development; for site work for a multi-residential development; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work consists of addressing site drainage issues at Edenburg Court and Penn Court Apartments, new electric panels at Penn Court, a new parking lot adjacent to the Administrative Building, additional parking at Edenburg Court, and parking lot maintenance at each property including sealing and re-striping. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or bank cashier's check payable to the Clarion County Housing Authority in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount. The Clarion County Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening without the consent of the Authority. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond. The Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or age. In addition, the Contract will be under the requirements of New Rule-CFP Part 75 relative to new goals and timetables and Section III of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 and where applicable. The Clarion County Housing Authority solicits and encourages Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) participation. MBE's will be afforded full consideration of their responses and will not be subjected to discrimination.
