Contract consists of installation of wearing course asphalt at the Glassworks Business Park property, 151 Grand Ave, Clarion, PA 16214.Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The project is being funded by the Owner and a Business in Our Sites, grant/loan program. Not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid on this project in accordance with the provisions of the PA Prevailing Wages Act. The successful bidder(s) will be required to fully complete all work within 90 consecutive calendar days from, and including, the date indicated by the Owner in their written Notice to Proceed. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. The Owner also reserves the right to waive all minor informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work and to award the contract as may be deemed in the best interest of the Owner.
