Clarion University is seeking to retain, multiple Work Order Contracts with up to two Contractors in each discipline to address: o General Campus Asphalt Paving & Maintenance Services Contractors must be physically located within a 75-mile radius of campus to provide quick on-site services if called upon. Work included under this Contract will be on the campus of Clarion University of PA, Clarion, Clarion County, PA. The contractor shall furnish all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and perform all work necessary to complete each project in accordance with all state, county and local laws and regulations and to the approval of Clarion and the State System of Higher Education. See Division 1 General Requirements & Technical Requirements Section 01010 Summary of Work for full scope of work. This contract is intended to be issued as a one-year contract renewable for up to two (2) additional two-year terms (total of five years possible). This Contract will be a unit-priced Work Order Contract for Construction Contract, against which Individual Work Orders will be issued as services are needed. Duration: 12 Months
