As of June 13, 2022, project was awarded to Eco-Tech Waste Logistics, awarded amount is $977,041.80. The bids shall be Lump Sum for all work shown on the plans and called for in the specifications and as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders in the specifications and submitted in duplicate on the State Board of Accounts Form No. 96. An executed Form 96a shall be required. The bidder must file with their sealed bid proposal, a certified check or a bid bond in the amount of five (5) percent of the total bid, payable to the Board of Clark County Commissioners. The checks or bonds are to insure the execution of the contract on which such bids are made. The Contractor to whom the work is awarded will be required to furnish, before commencing work, a performance, maintenance and payment bond to extend for a period of one year after final acceptance, in an amount equal to the bid price of the contract awarded to said Contractor and Certificates of all insurance required by the specifications. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. Questions from non-plan holders will not be recognized by the Engineer. The Contract Documents, including the Plans and Specifications, are on file for public inspection at the office of Clark County Commissioners, Clark County Government Building, 501 E. Court Ave., Room 404, Jeffersonville, Indiana, 47130 or at the office of Clark Floyd Landfill, LLC, 6108 Sable Mill Court, Jeffersonville, Indiana 47130 by appointment only. The Board of Clark County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in bidding.
