Site work and renovation of a civil project in Brownsville, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work involves the rehabilitation of Lift Station #15, #47, #63-FM and a new force main between Lift Station #63 and into the Robindale Wastewater Treatment Plant. Each bid shall constitute an offer to the Board, as outlined therein, and shall be irrevocable for at least ninety (90) calendar days after the time announced for the opening thereof. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's check payable to the order of the Brownsville Public Utilities Board, City of Brownsville, Texas for a sum not less than five (5%) percent of the total amount bid. The BPUB specifically reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities or informalities in any or all bids and to accept any bid which is deemed to be in the best interest of the Board or to reject the bids. The award will be made to the responsive and responsible bidder submitting the lowest bid as determined by the BPUB.
