Site work and paving for a civil project in Oakland, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

As of 7/19/2021 project was not yet been awarded, project is scheduled to be awarded on July 20th. The Board of County Commissioners of Garrett County, Maryland will accept sealed bids for the replacement of existing water lines and service connections in the Mountain Lake Park Water System in the general vicinity of West 2nd Avenue, West 1st Avenue and Wyandott Street in Lock Lynn, Maryland. All new water lines and service connections will connect to the existing Mountain Lake Park Water System Water Mains. The scope of work for this project includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: installation of approximately 1,590 LF of 2 DR-13.5 waterline, 2 water valves, approximately 340 LF of 3/4 water service connections (9 residences) and approximately 392 SY of asphalt repair. The Public Works Utilities Division will supply the copper setter, S-bar, regulator, meter, meter barrel and lid for the water service connections. All other materials are to be provided by the Contractor. Work shall be coordinated with the Department of Public Works Utilities Division and local residents to maintain access and minimize utility service disruptions. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount shall be submitted with each bid. A performance/payment bond in the full bid amount may be required of the successful contractor. t is not a Davis Bacon Wage Rate Project and there is not a DBE/MBE goal associated with it.
