Site work, paving, new construction and renovation of a civil project in Benson, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a water / sewer project.
Work consists of the installation of a clearwell located at the water treatment facility downstream of the 2 gravity filters. The work generally consists of the following: Installation of a new 300,000 gallon clearwell tank. Installation of 2 high service pumps and 1 backwash pump. Process piping connections to new pumps. Construction of the pumphouse building for high service pumps and backwash supply pump. Water treatment plant building extension. Associated electrical, structural and mechanical components. Water, sanitary sewer and storm sewer modifications/installation. Site grading, paving. Work substantially completed on or before May 26, 2023 ; General Conditions on or before July 28, 2023].
