Clarification Deadline: 7/2/2021 4:00 PM The project for which Bids are being solicited is subject to the applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Each Bid must be accompanied by bid security payable to Lower Nazareth Township in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price in the form of a Certified Check, Bank Check, or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Article 5 of the General Conditions. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to accept any Bid which in its judgment is in the best interest of the Owner. No Bid will be accepted if obtained from sources other than the issuing office noted above. The project will consist of the installation of approximately 2,580 LF of paved walking trail with 3" of 19 mm Superpave at a width of 6 feet. Also included is the installation of compost filter sock at the down slope end of the trail.The work covered by the plans and specifications is located within the Surrey Glen Park in Lower Nazareth Township. The park is located on the east side of Georgetown Road, approximately 1,000 feet north of Hanoverville Road
