Description

Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Huntington, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

All technical questions must be submitted in writing to Angela White Negley via email asite paving t negley4@marshall.edu by 9:00 a.m., LPT on Monday, 6/14/2021. The Contract becomes effective upon Vendors receipt of the notice to proceed and must be completed within Substantial Completion 9/17/2021 Final Completion 10/1/2021 The successful Bidder shall furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond for 100% of the contract award and, if applicable, a two year roofing Maintenance Bond for the full value of the roofing system.
