Marshall University Smith Hall HVAC Renovation - Cooling Tower 1. Removal of an existing roofmounted three cell cooling tower 2. Removal of existing piping, electrical and structural items indicated on drawings and specifications. 3. Furnish and installation ofnew roofmounted 3 cell cooling tower, associated electrical piping and structural items as indicated on drawings and in specifications. 4. New HVAC controls for cooling tower and tie into existing front end. 5. Documentation of existing laydown and lift area prior to commencement ofwork. 6. Restoration of all areas impacted by work to existing documented conditions. 7. Provide protection ofroof and roofing systems warranties throughout this work.
