Site work and paving for a road / highway in Napa, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work generally consists of applying bituminous seal (fog seal) coat, removing, replacing and installing new thermoplastic striping and pavement markings on Trancas Street between State HWY 29 and Jefferson Street. Bids are required for the entire work described herein. You must possess a Class A licenses at the time bids are opened. Scanned copy of a certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of City of Napa, negotiable U.S. Government bonds (at par value), or a satisfactory bid bond executed by you and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total of bid, must be electronically submitted with each bid. The hard copy version shall be submitted upon further notice from the City. The successful bidder must provide Performance and Payment (Labor and Materials) Bonds and are required to comply with the insurance requirements set forth in these Special Provisions Bids may be held by the City of Napa for a period not to exceed sixty (60) calendar days from the date of opening bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding of the Contract. The City of Napa reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
