Site work for a road / highway in Napa, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The work generally consists of: upgrading the existing traffic signals along Jefferson Street including, but not limited to, the installation, replacement, and/or relocation of: various video detection systems, traffic signal controllers, MMU units, flashing yellow arrow heads and communication services. Bids are required for the entire work described herein. Contractor must possess a Class A and/or a Class C - 10 licenses at the time bids are opened. The successful bidder must provide Performance and Payment (Labor and Materials) Bonds and are required to comply with the insurance requirements set forth in these Special Provisions.
