The work in the base bid includes mobilization, demobilization, procurement and installation of materials for the following: Rehabilitation of manholes on various streets within the City of Napa. a. Contractor shall prepare & submit traffic control plans to the City of Napa as required by the City's Encroachment Permit Application. (NapaSan to reimburse contractor for cost of Encroachment Permit) b. Inject chemical grout to stop active leaks in manhole channels and pipe connections to manhole bases.
