Renovation of a multi-residential development in Scarborough, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Proponents must submit any proposed alternates for Windows, Cladding and Balcony Railings and all required documentation for consideration prior to Deadline for Submission of Alternate Windows, Cladding and Balcony Railings as set out in the RFQ Timetable. Proponents are to follow Specification section 01 60 00 Product Requirements when preparing their submission and submit the following: TCHC and its representatives will review any alternate Windows, Cladding and/or Balcony Railings submitted and, if deemed suitable for the intended application and generally conform to performance requirements, will be incorporated into the specifications. TCHC will communicate any changes to the specifications to all Proponents through an addendum.
