Washington County hereby notifies all bidders that it does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age and handicapped status in employment or the provision of services in consideration for an award The Board of County Commissioners of Washington County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any defects therein. Furnish, install, maintain, and remove all traffic control devices required to provide safe movement of traffic and pedestrians through the Project at all times from commencement of the Work until Project Acceptance
