Site work and renovation of a civil project in Aubrey, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
For the purpose of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment and performing all work required for the Aubrey Lift Station & Force Main Project which consists of a new lift station, 1,100 LF 8-inch force main, as well as various corresponding site improvements including but no limited to the addition of miscellaneous piping & electrical improvements. No bid may be changed, amended, or modified by telegram or otherwise after the above time and date. A bid may be, however, withdrawn and resubmitted any time prior to the time set for receipt of bids. Security in the form of Cashier Check, Bid Bond or other negotiable instrument in the amount of 5% of the greatest amount bid must accompany each proposal as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the selected offeror will promptly enter into a contract and execute bonds and insurance as outlined in the specifications and Instructions to Bidders.
