Site work for a water / sewer project in Aubrey, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project scope shall include the Utility Improvements, approximately 11,645 LF of 12" and 8" water, 9,323LF of 15"-8" sanitary sewer, and 5,189LF of 6' x 5' RCB through 18" RCPstorm sewer, all as per Construction Plans, NCTCOG, Mustang Special Utility District, and City of Aubrey specifications to serve 182 lots on approximately 79acres. The project is located North and West of the intersection of Main St. and Liberty Rd.in City of Aubrey ETJ, Denton County, Texas. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check, from a responsible bank in the State of Texas, or a Bid Bond, issued by a surety legally authorized to do business in the State of Texas, equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount.Make the Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid deemed advantageous to it and waive informalities in bidding. All bids received after the above-designated closing time will be returned unopened.
