Site work for a water / sewer project in Aubrey, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project scope shall include the Utility Improvements, approximately 6,787 LF of 16" and 8" PVC waterline, 8,208 LF of 10"-8" PVC sanitary sewer, and 3,852 LF of 36" to 18" RCP storm sewer, all as per NCTCOG, Construction Plans and Denton County Municipal Utility District No. 6 specifications to serve 130 lots on approximately 36 acres. The project is located North and West of the intersection of Bryan Road & F.M. 1385 in City of Aubrey ETJ, Denton County, Texas Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check, from a responsible bank in the State of Texas, or a Bid Bond, issued by a surety legally authorized to do business in the State of Texas, equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. Make the Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid deemed advantageous to it and waive informalities in bidding. All bids received after the above-designated closing time will be returned unopened
