Site work and paving for a road / highway in Aubrey, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
For the construction of the project: D.R. Horton - Texas, LTD., acting on behalf of The Lakes Fresh Water Supply District of Denton County For the construction of Paving Improvements to serve Silverado West, Phase 8 City of Aubrey ETJ Denton County, Texas JBI Project No. HOE284D8. Project scope shall include the Paving Improvements, approximately 26,484 SY of 8" and 6" - 4000 psi concrete pavement on approximately 28,028 SY of 6" lime stabilized subgrade, all as per Construction Plans, NCTCOG, and City of Aubrey specifications to serve 134 lots on approximately 44 acres. The project is located North and West of the intersection of Main St. and Liberty Rd. in City of Aubrey ETJ, Denton County, Texas. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check, from a responsible bank in the State of Texas, or a Bid Bond, issued by a surety legally authorized to do business in the State of Texas, equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. Make the Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid deemed advantageous to it and waive informalities in bidding. All bids received after the above designated closing time will be returned unopened.
