Valley Regional Transit is seeking responses to RFP 2021-07-16 from qualified and experienced respondents (individuals or firms) to establish a "Professional Services Agreement. Contractor shall provide professional services on an as-needed basis as described herein for an initial term of one (1) year commencing on approximately July 15, 2021 and expiring on September 30, 2022 with an option to renew upon mutual agreement of both parties under the same terms and conditions for one (1) additional one year term.
