Valley Regional Transit (VRT) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced respondents (individuals or firms) to establish a "Construction Services Agreement". This service will provide a "Oncall General Construction List for construction projects less than $25,000" for future selection or bidding on miscellaneous projects at various locations to support a variety of VRT's construction needs. Contractor shall provide the construction services on an as-needed basis as described herein for an initial term of three (3) years commencing on approximately November 15, 2021 and expiring on November 14, 2024 with an option to renew upon mutual agreement of both parties under the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional one year terms.
