The City of Meridian is requesting bids for the construction of Well 15 Casing and Screen Liner. Questions Due Date: Dec 20th 2021, 12:00 PM MST Intent to Bid Due Date: Dec 22nd 2021, 2:30 PM MST A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on the date, time and location listed on the cover of this Invitation to Bid. The purpose of the pre-bid conference is to allow bidders to familiarize themselves with the location of the project and to review bid requirements. The project designer along with the City's Project Manager will be on hand to answer questions. Any question requiring clarification of the plans, specifications or bid requirements will be issued to all bidders of record in the form of a written addendum. Failure to attend the pre-bid meeting shall not be the basis of any subsequent claim or contract modification
