The above public work will be let to the lowest responsible bidder and shall be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications for the same now on file with KrausAnderson Construction Company for the inspection of bidders and in accordance with the prepared form of contract and bond as outlined in the bidding documents. Monroe Countys review team decision regarding qualification shall be final. Bids will be accepted only from such qualified bidders.
