Site work for a road / highway in Marietta, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The furnishing of all services, labor, equipment and materials required for emergency landslip repairs on County Road 21 and County Road 79. Bidders shall submit all pages of Section 1 in a sealed envelope with the name and address marked outside along with the following: Emergency Landslip Repair, C-21 and C-79, the County shall mark the time upon delivery. Each bid shall have filed with it a bid guaranty in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit revocable only at the option of Washington County in the amount equal to 10% of the bid or a bond in accordance with Division (b) Section 153.54 of the Revised Code. All proposed work shall be in accordance with these specifications and the project plans on file in the Office of the Washington County Engineer. The 2019 Construction and Materials Specifications (CMS) including Supplemental Specification, of the State of Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) together with other Board of County Commissioner requirements noted herein will govern this improvement. Where there is a conflict between the ODOT, CMS, and these plans and specifications, these plans and specifications shall govern. This work shall consist of furnishing of all services, labor, equipment and materials required for piling landslip repair on County Road 79 and County Road 21 as described in the project descriptions.
