Renovation of a municipal facility in Marietta, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Scope of Work for the Lt. Commercial Rate is as follows: Small medical clinics, stand-alone doctor and dentist offices with up to 600 amp services (not attached to a hospital), Gas Stations/Convenience stores, fast food restaurants, franchised chain restaurants including independent bars and taverns, places of worship, funeral homes, Nursing homes, assisted living facilities and day-care facilities under 15,000sqft, small office, retail/wholesale facilities under 15,000sqft with less than 10 units attached, storage units, car washes, express hotels and motels (4 stories or less) without conference or restaurant facilities, residential units (subject to Davis Bacon Rates) small stand-alone manufacturing facilities when free standing and not part of a larger facility (less than 15,000sqft) solar projects (500 panels or less) unless otherwise covered under the agreement, lighting retrofits (when not associated with the remodels involving branch re-circuiting) Lighting Retrofits - shall be defined as the changing of lamps and ballasts in existing light fixtures and shall also include the one of one replacement of existing fixtures. Project Estimated Schedule: Construction will start on or about June 2, 2025 and will reach Substantial Completion on or before August 22, 2025. The Contractor agrees that from the compensation otherwise to be paid, the Owner may retain $250.00 for each day thereafter, Sundays and holidays included, that the work remains uncompleted, which sum is agreed upon as the proper measure of liquidated damages which the Owner will sustain per diem, by the failure of the Contractor to complete the Work at the stipulated time, and the sum is not to be construed in any sense a penalty. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount. Clarifications requested by the Bidder must be submitted in writing to Shelby Wagner before 3:00 pm on May 19, 2025. The reply will be in the form of an addendum, a copy of which will be provided to all Contractors who have requested bid documents from the Architect. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers. Work shall include but not be limited to the following: Repair and replacement of masonry brick veneer on their building. The repairs will include but are not limited to re-pointing, brick replacement, control joint repair/addition, weep hole cleaning and lintel
