Renovation of a civil project in Marietta, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

As of November 13, 2025, project has been awarded. The projected start date will be 30 days from November 14, 2025 and is scheduled to end in December of 2026. Include: Name / address of Company, direct email to receive addenda / plans / specs, type of bidder/contractor (i.e. General, Electrical, vendor, etc.). Plan holder's list will be maintained by PCWC. Only bidders who have requested a set of documents may submit a bid on the project and will be the only entities that will receive addenda. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. This project is a prevailing wage project requiring use of Davis Bacon prevailing wages. No bidder shall be permitted to withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the time of opening bids. Should any bid be rejected, the accompanying bid bond, or check, will be returned to the bidder forthwith and should any bid be accepted, the check, or bid bond will be returned upon the proper execution and securing of the contract. The right is reserved, by the Putnam Community Water Corp to reject any or all bids. Description of Project: Project consists of two (2) 48-inch PFAS contactor vessels with all piping / accessories / valves for a complete system of one (1) train of lead-lag operation. Cartridge filter to be installed in front of PFAS contactors. Project located in the inside of an existing building on the second floor. Opening in the slab is as shown and hook height of existing hoist shown at 81 inches above second floor
