2024 Colgate Sewer Rehabilitation Project. 365 Days From Notice to Proceed. This project will be funded by the Water Pollution Control Loan Fund Program as administered by the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency and the Ohio Water Development Authority. The Contractor shall note that there are Disadvantaged Business Enterprise participation goals for this project. This procurement is subject to the EPA policy on encouraging the participation of small businesses in rural areas (SBRAs).
