Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Price, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project includes the following Work: Clearing and Grubbing, removal of existing asphalt parking lot, installation of approximately 5,900 SY of asphalt pavement over UTBC, sidewalk, chain-link fencing, raised crosswalk, paint striping, storm drain, parking lot lighting, and parking lot security cameras. Bid alternates include additional chainlink fencing, and over-excavation will also be considered. Bids will be received for a single contract. The Project is expected to be completed by August 6th. Instructions to Bidders: For further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The Owner may reject any or all bids submitted.
