Construction Cost Estimate: $225,000.00 This section of the specifications cover specific requirements, instructions, and conditions applicable to this project only, which are not covered by the General Conditions of the Construction Contract prepared by the Engineers Joint Contract Documents Committee. Should there be conflicting statements between this section and other sections of these specifications, this section shall govern.
