Owner requires that all interested parties sign a Non-Discloser Agreement (NDA) in order to access the plans and specs for this project. This Request for Proposals is an invitation from ENWIN to prospective Proponents to prepare and submit competitive Proposals for the provision of Construction and Renovation Services as detailed in the Scope of Services. Two separate Scopes of Work are included in this RFP. Proponents may elect to submit proposals for one or both Scopes of Work. ENWIN Utilities Ltd. (ENWIN) is requesting Proposals for the redesign and construction of the operations center Men's Change Room (SCOPE "A") as well Office Space construction and renovations (SCOPE "B") as reflected below. ENWIN's objective for both scopes of work, is to receive best overall value, achieved through value for money, new systems, and a design that will result in increased efficiencies to the organization. ENWIN is seeking the best team to facilitate the renovation of the Men's Change Room and Office Spaces. In general, the design/build team will be responsible to provide services in the following general categories: - Client Consultation and Project Management; - Design and Construction Documents as required; - Demolition; - Construction including administration, supervision, commissioning, project close out; and - Repair of any disturbed property to existing or better condition. - Warranty for 12 months from substantial completion The above includes the complete supply and install of all labour, materials, equipment, permits, engineering and inspection services as required for the total completion of the project.
