Scope of work: is to include all necessary labor, material and equipment for minor architectural improvements to replace the equipment within room 1062 at Upstate Cancer Center on the 1st floor. The project includes removal of existing door and adding a glass lite, new flooring and ceiling. All work on this Contract is to be completed within 120 days after the date of the Notice to Proceed. No pre-bid conference and project walk-through will be held. No individual walkthroughs will be provided.
