Site work for a mixed-use development in San Jose, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Project generally involves n ew construction will include park elements such as, separate play areas for children aged 2-5 (Tot Lot) and for those aged 5-12 (Youth Lot), picnic area, open turf for informal play, drinking fountain, perimeter fencing, benches, hop scotch and other park amenities. Submit questions later than 01/27/2022 at 3:00 pm. Each bid must be accompanied by cash, a certified check, a cashier's check or a bidder's bond in the sum of not less than 10% of the total aggregate amount of the bid. Checks shall be made payable to the order of the City of San Jose. Bonds shall be executed by a surety possessing a valid certificate of authority issued by the California Department of Insurance and shall name the City of San Jose as beneficiary. All bids must be addressed to the Director of Public Works, City of San Jose, shall bear the Project Number and Name and be in a sealed envelope. The Contractor's Faithful Performance Bond shall be for 100% of the contract amount. The Contractor's Payment Bond shall be for 100% of the contract amount. Question Deadline 01/27/2022 03:00:00 PM
