Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, supervision, and incidentals necessary to maintain all Fire, Life and Safety systems at River Oaks. The Contract coordinates all testing, systems functionality reviews, reporting documentation to the State of California, maintenance repairs and replacement of failed components. Work covers alarm pulls, strobes, bells, sprinklers, fire hydrants and the electronic systems that run and monitor fire panels. The systems are integrated to an outside monitoring company that is not included in this Contract.
