Site work for a water / sewer project in Lemont, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Contract includes: existing water main relocation and extension within a three-block section of the Pike Street corridor from Elmwood Street to Dale Street, and coordination of several required gas main relocations with Columbia Gas. Work will include installation of Maintenance and Protection of Traffic controls through the work area and establishing a detour route. Bid security must be provided at the time of bid submission in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price made payable to CT in the form of a certified or bank check or a bid bond issued by an accepted surety and executed by the bidder. Project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. A copy of the Prevailing Wage Determination is included in the bidding documents. CT reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bidding informalities. Award of the contract is anticipated to occur at a CT Council special meeting to be held on Monday June 28, 2021.
