Demolition, site work, outdoor lighting and renovation of a municipal facility in Paris, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a 2,124-square-foot municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for outdoor lighting for a municipal facility.
Project consists of design/build renovation of 1,356 sq. ft. of interior space and 768 sq. ft. of exterior space including the following trades: concrete demolition, general demolition, wood studs, drywall, doors, windows, ceilings, carpet tile, porcelain tile, painting, plumbing, electrical, lighting, casework, security fencing, new exterior concrete, new interior concrete, etc. Contractor to provide permitted designs for electrical, plumbing and HVAC. Construction Contract : Bids will be received for the following Work : General Contract (all trades). Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, a separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. Per TCA Code Title 62, Chapter 6, the bid shall include bidders name, license number, license expiration date and classification.
