Site work for a mixed-use development in Paris, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project would include installation of new traffic signal cabinets, controllers, signal heads, vehicle detection systems, pedestrian signals, pushbuttons, and pedestrian upgrades at various intersections in Paris. PIN NO. 128109.00, J6125 Contract No. 180137 All questions related to the Proposal Contract, Plans, Specifications or Special Provisions shall be directed to the TLM Associates, Inc. ((731) 988- 9840). Information received from other offices of the City of Paris strictly advisory. A Prime Contractor must prequalify with the Department of Transportation in accordance with Section 54-5-117 of the "Tennessee Code Annotated" and Tennessee Department of Transportation Rule 1680-5-3 prequalification of contractors before biddable proposals will be furnished. The City of Paris hereby notifies all bidders that a 3.84% Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal has been set for this project and must be met or exceeded.
