Henry County Sheriff's Office is seeking bids for four (4) roof top commercial gas HVAC units to be installed at the sheriff's office located at 210 Forest Heights,Paris,Tennessee.Please contact John McElroy at 731-336-1880 or Chris Thompson 731-363-2381 to schedule a time for a pre-bid inspection and receive bid specifications. All bids submitted must be sealed with the name of the project,bid opening time and date,and the contractor's name,address and license number on the outside of the envelope. All bidders shall have all applicable licenses to perform the work within thestateofTennesseeandfurnish certificates of insurance for liability and workers compensation. Henry County reserves the right to rejectany or all bids, to waive irregularities in the bids and bidding deemed to be in the best interests of HenryCounty,and to reject unqualified, nonconforming, nonresponsive,or condition allbids.
