Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Paris, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Henry County Mayor's Office is seeking bids for concrete porch, steps and ADA wheelchair ramp at Central School Building located at 55 Jones Bend Road Extended, Paris, Tennessee. Bid specifications may be obtained by calling John McElroy at 731-336-1880. Work to be performed between March 22nd and March 30th, 2025 All bids submitted must be sealed with the name of the project, bid opening time and date, and the contractor's name, address and license number on the outside of the envelope. All bidders shall have all applicable licenses to perform the work within the state of Tennessee to include a general contractor's license, and furnish certificates of insurance for liability and workers compensation. Henry County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities in the bids and bidding deemed to be in the best interests of Henry County, and to reject unqualified, nonconforming, nonresponsive, or conditional bids.
