Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Liberty, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.

**As of July 27, 2021, Superior Bowen was awarded the contract at their bid amount. Work may begin as early as August 2, 2021. At least 50% of the work must completed by the end of the 2021 season, with carryover work allowed into 2022 and completed by June 30, 2022.** The Project consists of Milling, Conventional Asphalt Overlay, Spray Paver Asphalt Overlay, Full Depth Asphalt Repair, Thermoplastic Pavement Marking, Sidewalk and ADA Ramps, and Curb Repair. A pre-Bid conference will not be held for this project. Contractor shall complete the work in accordance with the contract documents between the dates of August 1, 2021 and October 31, 2021. City shall be notified of the start date a minimum of three weeks prior to the start date of construction. B. Earliest Construction Start Date August 2, 2021 C. Latest Substantial Completion October 15, 2021 D. Latest Final Completion Date October 31, 2021
