This includes concrete repair and coating, metal blasting and re coating, replacement of the scum collection and sludge rake assemblies, and miscellaneous metal repair. During the bidding of this project, contractors who have questions or desire clarifications about the bid documents, must submit those questions or requests for clarifications in writing using the form provided in the bid documents. Said questions and requests for clarifications must be submitted by the date identified in the project schedule in Section 4 of the Special Provisions.
