The scope of work is primarily interior improvements with new systems, however, there is some site work including site concrete, site utilities and site electrical. The Government's budget is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000, duration is 720 calendar days including the design. Trades involved include: Haz materials abatement, demolition, concrete, masonry, misc metals and structural steel, steel stairs, hand/guard rails, cabinets & countertops, insulation, roof patching, sound doors, doors, frames & hardware, folding partitions (STC 45), counter door, glazing, EIFS, metal studs & drywall, acoustic ceilings, acoustic wall panels, porcelain tile, flooring, access flooring, paint, specialties, stage curtain, vertical blinds, auditorium seating, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, H&CW piping, electrical, voice & data, fire alarm & mass notification, CCTV system, new site utility laterals to building for gas, water, sewer, site patching, and others.
