A certified or cashier's check, or bid bond to be submitted with Pricing Proposal acceptable to Owner, in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the largest amount bid must accompany each Proposal submitted. Such bid security is to protect Owner against the withdrawal of bids during the thirty (30) day period following the scheduled date for bid opening, and to further protect Owner against failure, neglect or refusal of any offeror awarded a contract to execute the required Contract and furnish the required Performance and Payment Bonds within ten (10) days after notification of the acceptance of this proposal. All questions regarding the plans or specifications for this project shall be directed to the Architect/Engineer. Any changes to the proposal must be executed by an addendum.
