Site work for a water / sewer project in Louisville, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Estimated value is $100,000 to $125,000. City of Louisville is seeking highly qualified contractors for coating services at the Howard Berry Water Treatment Plant (HBWTP) for coating of the exterior roof deck of the existing uncoated 3.5 million gallon (180 ft. diameter) concrete water storage tank. Coating work includes the coating of the exterior roof deck along with the edge and underside of the roof that overhangs the tank walls. Tank is 180 feet in diameter with a total coating area of approximately 27,000 square feet. Representatives of the City will be present to discuss the Project. Perspective BIDDERs are invited to attend and present their questions relative to this Bid at this conference. Attendance at this pre-bid conference will be required to submit a Bid. Following current COVID protocols including masks and or social distancing will be mandatory.
