Reference Number 0000371106 The City of Louisville is seeking qualified bids for temporary or emergency liquid biosolids hauling services on an as-needed basis for the 2025 calendar year. Scope of Services: The City of Louisville is soliciting proposals from Contractors for services associated with temporary or emergency liquid sludge removal or dewatering onsite. Currently the City is under construction to rebuild its dewatering system which could cause interruption in plant processes.
