Reference Number 0000370583 The City of Louisville is requesting written proposals from qualified consulting and engineering firms for advancing the initial phase of the "Downtown Vision Plan for Streetscapes and Public Places" ("Downtown Vision Plan") within the City of Louisville, Colorado. The selected consultant will be tasked with refining and advancing the concepts presented in the Downtown Vision Plan to final design and preparing construction documents. The project will have multiple areas of improvement within downtown Louisville, but will generally be confined to the area between Jefferson Street and the Burlington Northern Sante Fe railway to the east and west, and South Street and Elm Street to the north and south.
