This project will consist of labor and materials for the construction of: -Approximately 24 inch high sheetrock knee wall/ pony wall. Knee wall must contain reinforcement such as the Bailey System or equivalent. -Construct and install one 12 inch sheetrock soffit mounted to ceiling decking Construct and install 1 3/4 X 4 Aluminum framing for glass inserts -Install 22 X 96 Glass within the framing. -Install (4) 3 X 7 swinging glass doors with Standard MS locking system and CO closers. All glazed with safety glass.
