Sealed bids will be received by the Hart County Water and Sewer Authority, Hart County, Georgia (Owner), for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and any other miscellaneous items necessary for the construction of the 2020 CDBG Project in Hart County, Georgia. This is a Section 3 Covered Project under the HUD Act of 1968 and Section 3 Residents and Business Concerns are encouraged to apply. Cashier's check will be made payable to the Hart County Water & Sewer Authority. The successful bidder will be required to furnish OWNER with Insurance, Workman's Compensation Insurance, and Performance and Payment Bonds* in the amount of one-hundred percent (100%) of the total bid.
